Bill Zollinger, co-founder of Flux Mobility AG, is an enthusiastic electrical engineer and heads up Flux Mobility's electrical development. His expertise in electromobility stems in particular from his work at Designwerk, where he supervised various projects and most recently led the development of traction batteries and got to know his co-founder Duga Hoti. Before that, he was team leader for electrics on ocean-going vessels.
Duga Hoti, Managing Director and co-founder of Flux Mobility AG, is characterized by a clear vision and strategic foresight, which form the driving force behind Flux Mobility. He draws on his experience from various positions, including Head of Product Management E-Truck at Designwerk. Previously, he was CEO at Bern Formula Student, among others. Even as a child, he dreamed of developing his own vehicles.
The focus on customers in a large market remains the principle for the further development of Flux Mobility AG. The Bern University of Applied Sciences supported Flux Mobility in the development and testing of the all-wheel drive. Students have contributed to the design of the drive concept through internal project work. The Bern University of Applied Sciences also has close links to the Dynamic Test Center and expertise in the field of design using test benches and measurement techniques.
The federal government promotes the research-related development of new energy technologies. As part of the pilot and demonstration program, the Swiss Federal Office of Energy (SFOE) has supported Flux Mobility in the development and testing of a fully electric all-wheel drive for freight transport.
Thanks to its improved traction, the vehicles can be driven more easily in difficult winter weather conditions or in Swiss mountain regions.
