Winterthur, November 25, 2025 - Production launch of the new Flux vehicle generation - with revised system architecture, integrated 10.9″ display and enhanced safety and assistance systems

Winterthur, March 20, 2025 – The Hamburg Fire Department is one of the first major fire departments in Germany to take the step towards electromobility. For a month, two all-electric ambulances (eRTW) from Flux Mobility have been in test operation – a strong sign for innovation and sustainability in rescue services.

Since December 20, 2024, nine fully electric all-wheel drive vehicles have been in use at the Basel professional and militia fire department.

Bremer Stadtreinigung (DBS) has expanded its fleet with two emission-free vehicles from Flux Mobility. On November 11, the new electric vehicles were ceremoniously presented on Bremen's market square – an important step in the electrification of waste collection and street cleaning as part of Bremen's climate protection strategy. Attendees included the Senator for the Environment, Climate and Science (SUKW), Kathrin Moosdorf, and representatives from Beteiligungsgesellschaft Abfalllogistik Bremen GmbH (ALB).

Flux Mobility AG is pleased to announce Jonathan “Johnny” Herzog as its new Managing Director, effective January 1, 2025. Johnny Herzog brings over 12 years of experience in motorsport in various sales and marketing positions, including working for renowned companies such as Porsche and Sauber. He began his career as a race mechanic in motorsport before working for Porsche in China and Sau-ber in Hinwil ZH. Most recently, he was Chief Commercial Officer of the Sauber Group, responsible for sales and marketing. In this newly created position, he will be responsible for managing the operative day-to-day business from purchasing to sales.

Winterthur, October 2 – After 18 months of intensive development work under the leadership of Traktionssysteme Austria (TSA) with Robert Tencl (Managing Director TSA), Peter Spuhler (Chairman of the Board PCS Holding), Stefan Meier (Chairman of the Board Flux) and Duga Hoti (Co-founder and Managing Director Flux), TSA and Flux Mobility are inaugurating the first jointly developed electric motor for the emission-free commercial vehicles from Flux Mobility. The drive, which was specially developed for these vehicles, was ceremoniously presented today by Peter Spuhler. The collaboration marks a new milestone in the electrification of light commercial vehicles.

Winterthur, July 24 – Empty PET bottles in the greater Zurich and Aargau area will in future be collected with the first electric semi-trailer truck in this weight class. This pioneering achievement is the result of a collaboration between Flux Mobility AG and the transport and recycling company TRANS CYCLE and opens up new opportunities for both sides in emission-free transport.

WAS and Flux Mobility are joining forces to develop first-class electric ambulances for the European market. Since March, WAS (manufacturer of special vehicles and ambulances) has owned an emission-free ambulance from Flux, which was developed in Winterthur (Switzerland) and completed in Emsbüren (Germany) with the special lightweight body from WAS, which is also electrically powered.

Following a successful practical test of the first all-electric all-wheel drive vehicle over several months, Flux Mobility secures the order for eight additional emission-free transporters and emergency vehicles for the Basel Fire Department.

Flux Mobility AG presents the first fully electric all-wheel drive system during an event in Winterthur. After Flux Mobility AG was included in the portfolio of the Swiss Technology Fund at the beginning of July, the pioneer in the field of e-transporters has reached another milestone. This breakthrough was celebrated with over 140 guests in Winterthur.

This financial support underscores the company's position as an innovator and significant player in the market. The funding will help accelerate the company's growth and further development.

Flux Mobility delivers electric commercial vehicles to the cities of Bern and Basel. An electric single cab with a box body was handed over to the city of Bern. There, the emission-free vehicle now collects recyclable waste every day. In contrast, an electric van was delivered to the Basel civil engineering office after a test phase – and further deliveries are pending.

Swiss investment companies are investing in Flux Mobility AG, including PCS Holding. The Swiss start-up is using the funds to finance the further development and construction of customized electric transporters. The delivery of the zero series is imminent. The conclusion of the contracts also secures the series development of the vehicle for European markets.

Flux Mobility AG, founded in April 2021 and based in Winterthur, is presenting its electric transporters to a wider audience for the first time. With this new generation of electric vehicles, Flux Mobility is closing a gap in the market. Based on a modular platform concept, the company builds customized transporters.
